Health Office Updates for School Year 2017/2018

Medication at School
Just a quick reminder… if your child currently has medication that is administered and or stored at school, Please pick up this medication no later than June 1, 2017. Medications may not be kept at school through the summer. Any medication that is not picked up will be disposed of per district policy, including Inhalers and Epi-Pens. Thank you! Parents of incoming 6th Grade Students for our 2017-2018 School Year!
T-dap is a required Immunization for 6th grade and is an important step in protecting your child from Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough). Immunization Exemptions for School Year 2017-2018
Students in grades K-12 claiming a non-medical exemption (personal belief and religious) must submit one annually. These exemptions expire June 30 each year. Parents of students in preschool must also submit non-medical exemptions, these exemptions expire when the next vaccines are due or when the child enrolls in kindergarten. You can find this Non-Medical (personal belief and religious) Exemption Form below or on the Colorado State’s Website. The Colorado Immunization website is located at:
