Facility Services is dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional learning environment for all Preschool through grade 12 students and staff. The department oversees building maintenance, custodial services, groundskeeping, and facility improvements to ensure that classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces support effective teaching and learning. Regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and prompt repairs help maintain high standards of safety, accessibility, and efficiency. The Facility Services staff ensures that the school facilities is always welcoming, sustainable, and conducive to our students’ success.
Request for Proposals
GCSD is requesting proposals for the final phase of the sewer pipe interconnect project to connect the school sewer to Black Hawk Central City Sanitation District (BHCCSD). The construction area in on the campus adjacent to the on-site wastewater plant to the connection point to BHCCSD at Paradise Valley Road.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Owner's office, 10595 Highway 119, Black Hawk, CO 80422, on June 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. local time. All interested general contractors are required to attend.
